This Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe is not only delicious, it's one of the easiest cookie recipes I have tried. You can either hand mix these or use a counter top mixer. Either way, they alway turn out!

What you need:

  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

What you do:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg and mix until blended. Add remaining ingredients and stir/mix just until ingredients are blended together. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Like we alway say "our recipes are kitchen tested by friends and family" My friend Jackie gave me this recipe. Thank-you Jackie these are my kids favorite cookie now. And the good thing about them is that you can make up a batch in no time. Try these out, we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
