You will get the WHOW factor with this delicious creamy potato recipe. Whenever there is a potluck dinner, this is what I'm asked to bring. It's easy to make and you can make it ahead of time.

What you need:

  • 10-12 potatoes
  • 2 packages of cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Onion powder
  • pepper to taste

What you do:

Cook potatoes like you would for mashed potatoes. Once soft drain water then mash with a hand mixer until potatoes are in small chunks. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, salt, onion powder and pepper. Mix with an electric mixer until very smooth. Transfer potatoes into a oven safe casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This Creamy Potato Recipe was contributed by Best Recipes Ever...you will not find better Creamy Pototoes anywhere.

I've been making this Creamy Potato Recipe for family gatherings for 20 years and I still get rave reviews. Once your family has tried your mashed potatoes this way they won't let you make those old boring potatoes ever again.
